Delivery

There is a flat rate charge of £4.95 for all orders under £50.

Orders over £50 are eligible for FREE standard UK delivery with the code FREE50.

All listed items are in stock and will be despatched within four working days or sooner.

International

Shipping outside the UK is a flat rate of £15.00.

Please contact studio@futureheirlooms.co.uk with your order details, and an invoice will be sent with an online payment link.

Please note that you will be responsible for any import taxes and duties that your order may incur.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be received back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged / faulty items must be reported immediately. You will need to supply photos.

Eligible returns and exchanges must be in original packaging, unused/unworn ie. in the same condition as you received it.

Please obtain proof of postage, ensure the item is packed securely and choose a tracked option with sufficient insurance. We do not accept any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 working days.

The best way to exchange an item is to initiate a return as above, and once approved, place a new order.
